Civil Process

For civil process servings to be served in Sequoyah County, please mail or bring them by:

Be sure to include:

• The original paper to be served

• A copy of the paper to be served

• A check or money order payable to the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office for $50.00 per person to be served

• A self addressed stamped envelope

• Information about the person to be served such as mailing address, physical address, phone numbers, physical description, photograph, place of employment, work hours. If known, you may also include driving directions to the residence. The more information you provide, the faster our deputies can serve your civil process papers. 

All papers received in a timely manner will be attempted. Payment of the service fee does not guarantee service.

The Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office Civil Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and can be reached by calling 918-775-1213.

No refunds will be given.
